All registered guests staying 2 nights or more between Memorial Day and Labor Day will receive free wristbands to Noah’s Ark Water Park at check-in. Wristbands are valid for use according to park’s admission policy. Up to 4 passes per room are included, and passes are issued only to registered guests.

All pools open daily at 9:00 AM.
- Indoor water park: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (summer) / 10:00 PM (off-season)
- Indoor pool: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight) (children must exit by 10:00 PM)
- Outdoor pool: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (children must exit by 10:00 PM)
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM.
Check-in: 4:00 PM, or as soon as your room is ready. The front desk is open 24 hours for your convenience.
Check-out: 10:30 AM.
Summer Season (Memorial Day – Labor Day):
If a reservation is canceled within five (5) days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Off Season:
If a reservation is canceled within three (3) days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Cancellations made before the applicable cancellation deadline will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit, subject to the property’s cancellation terms.
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Yes, we allow dogs only. $60.00 per pet per night. Maximum of two (2) pets per room. Maximum weight 55 pounds per pet. All pets must be registered at the front desk.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Each room has a flat screen HD TV, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi! The 2 Bedroom Family Suites have 2 flat screen HD TVs. Each room also has air-conditioning and heating, as well as a bathroom. Our Dolphin Family Suites have 2 bathrooms.

Housekeeping services are provided daily 9AM – 3PM upon request only. Services include making beds, replacing used towels, removing trash, vacuuming, and replacing toiletries. If you are staying with us longer than 4 days, housekeeping will do a complete sheet change every 3rd day.
We do not offer breakfast, however we provide complimentary coffee in the lobby from 7AM to 10PM.
Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi to all our guests.
Yes, we provide charcoal BBQ grills for our guests. Guests need to bring their own charcoal.
Yes, we have picnic tables.
We have a pay-per-use washer and dryer available for our guests.
There are no restaurants on site, but we have many restaurants nearby: Cracker Barrel, Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy Johns, Bobbers Island Grill, Monks Sports Bar, Sarentos, Buffalo Phils, Moosejaw, Famous Daves, and many more.
