All registered guests who stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day 2019 will receive free wristbands to Noah’s Ark Waterpark at check-in. Wristbands are valid for every day of your stay AND the day of check-out! For more information please see our Noah’s Ark info page.

All pools are open from 8AM to 10PM.

Check-in time is at 3:00PM or as soon as rooms become available. Our office is open from 7:00AM to midnight. If you are planning on arriving after midnight you must call us at 608-254-4843 so we can make arrangements for you.

Check-out time is at 10:30AM

For our Family Suites, from the time you make your reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival day, we will refund your deposit less $20 handling charge. If you have to cancel within the 5 days of your arrival day, you will forfeit the deposit.

For all other rooms, from the time you make your reservation up to 3 days prior to your arrival day, we will refund your deposit less $20 handling charge. If you have to cancel within the 3 days of your arrival day, you will forfeit the deposit.

For bookings made for June 21-22, 2019, from the time you make your reservation up to 5 days prior to your arrival day, we will refund your deposit less $20 handling charge. If you have to cancel within the 5 days of your arrival day, you will forfeit the deposit.

No refund will be made for unused portion once any segment is used.

All our rooms are non-smoking.

We are sorry, but no pets are allowed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Each room has a flat screen HD TV, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi! The 2 Bedroom Family Suites have 2 flat screen HD TVs. Each room also has air-conditioning and heating, as well as a bathroom. Our Dolphin Family Suites have 2 bathrooms.

Housekeeping services are provided daily 9AM – 4PM. Services include making beds, replacing used towels, removing trash, vacuuming, and replacing toiletries. If you are staying with us longer than 4 days, housekeeping will do a complete sheet change every 3rd day.
We do not offer breakfast, however we provide complimentary coffee in the lobby from 7AM to 10PM.

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi to all our guests.

Yes, we provide charcoal BBQ grills for our guests. Guests need to bring their own charcoal.

Yes, we have picnic tables.

We have a pay-per-use washer and dryer available for our guests.

There are no restaurants on site, but we have many restaurants nearby: Uno Pizzeria & Grill, Panera, Five Guys, Jimmy Johns, Ponderosa Steakhouse, Bobbers Island Grill, Monks Sports Bar, Sarentos, Buffalo Phils, Moosejaw, Famous Daves, and many more.
